Delores Diane Miller (nee Hill), 69, of Linden PA, passed away on Friday February 13th,
2026 at her home. Born on July 10th, 1956 in Portales NM, she was the daughter of the
late Raymond G Hill and Joy L Huntington (nee Richardson.)
Known as “Diane”, she was involved in many organizations and activities throughout her
life. She was a girl scout leader, and coached softball, baseball, and soccer. She was
Secretary of the Concerned Citizens in Sugar Valley who fought to keep the Sugar
Valley High School open, and she was Secretary of the school board for Sugar Valley
Rural Charter School which was founded in 2000. She worked in various industries
including restaurants, tax preparation, retail sales, law offices, and home construction.
She enjoyed her job at Prysmian Group as a material handler, where she was employed
at the time of her death.
Diane enjoyed Mexican food, dancing, camping, and playing slot machines. She could
strike up a conversation with anyone she crossed paths with. Diane was a strong
woman who put her all into everything she did.
She is survived by her son Adam Breon, daughter Amanda Breon, granddaughter
Isabella Rivera, sister Brenda Schmidt, and brothers Wayne Hill and Joe Hill. In
addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Junette Hill, and brothers
Wally Hill and Robert Hill.
Per her wishes, she was cremated after a private family viewing on February 19th.
A celebration of life is being planned for spring of this year.
